Reporting Relationships:  

 

Reports to: HUB Retail Marketing Director

 

Scope of Responsibility:

 

Retail Environment Manager develops strategies to proactively respond to shopper, customer, service provider and competitor trends that result in sustainable sales and share growth. Understands and leverages the factors that drive financial performance and pricing for retail environments. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop 5P priorities per retail environment

  • Conduct RE-based share of market, distribution and pricing analysis 

  • Distribute monthly price lists to customer development teams

  • Manage GtN investment and adjust customer/RE plans to improve business results

  • Develop fact based Go-to-Market plans and selling stories 

  • Actively work together with customer development teams to develop joint business plans with customers

  • Manages day-to-day business in the context of a medium-term strategic plan

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Management Sciences, Economics, Administrative Sciences 
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Environment, Shopper, preferably with a multinational FMCG company
  • People management
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
