Role Summary

As an Trade Marketing Coordinator you will lead the perfect execution of commercial plans at the point of sale across the Central American region to attract our shoppers and win at the shelf in every retail environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Regional Strategy Alignment: Translate regional commercial strategies into actionable field plans and standardized execution guidelines for each Central American country
  • POS Execution & Visibility: Ensure flawless implementation of 5Ps strategies at the point of sale, focusing on visibility, POP materials, and shelf success
  • Agency & Team Management: Lead direct communication and alignment with merchandising and promotional agencies, as well as the internal BOTG (Boots on the Ground) teams
  • Reporting & Tracking: Oversee regional reporting, monitoring the implementation progress of 5Ps strategies and reviewing metrics with country experts
  • Process & Storage Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline regional execution processes and optimize storage space and material management
  • Leadership & Project Delivery: Manage and develop the In-Store Experts team while seamlessly executing specialized projects like agency transitions

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or related roles
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level 
  • MS Office and Google Suite proficiency 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in FMCG industry
  • Experience managing data visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau)
