We’re looking for a passionate Business HR that wants to collaborate with the HR Team and Business Leaders at Hill’s Division on strategic and local business and human resources priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management). Embracing, promoting and embedding our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and championing our organizational culture.


Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Partnership: Collaborate as a member of the Business HR Team including Sr HR Business Partner, and Business HR Associate to drive the HR Strategy for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. Coordination and partnership with the Hill’s US HR Team to implement strategies that impact employees. 
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with Sr Business HR in driving talent review processes and capability building. Propose solutions and best practices that are aligned with HR Strategy and CoHREs.
  • Learning and Development: Partner with the Learning CoHRE to make sure the employees considered in the target population are included in the training and learning experiences. Play an active role in identifying gaps and opportunity areas providing continuous improvement feedback and perspective, and also participate in assessment of the effectiveness of Learning experiences and programs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards CoHREs, the CBS Recruitment Team, and hiring managers to support the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of staff.
  • Build culture of belonging: Ensure that our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Strategy is being implemented in all the HR Processes. 
  • Be a trusted partner:  Work collaboratively with key cross-functional divisions and across teams to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results. Recommend solutions and best practices at the global and divisional levels
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Attributes


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building employee engagement across organizations
  • Experience navigating a large multinational organization.


Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Able to drive the HR Strategy through effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the approach to new challenges and setbacks.
  • Role Model the F.E.E.D. (Focused, Empowered, Experimental, Digital) behaviors.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Excel.
