Join our team as an FP&R Regional Lead!


The FP&R (Factory Performance and Reliability) Regional Lead is responsible for enabling strong program execution and driving cross-category sharing at all sites in the assigned region. He/she will lead regional networks, cross auditing, and benchmarking; communicate and drive key initiatives and results; provide guidance on standards, tools & systems; and ensure FP&R governance integrity. The role requires broad technical knowledge of categories and sites and the ability to understand standards implementation challenges. In addition, excellent communication and teamwork skills across categories, regions and sites. Further, strong leadership skills are required to support site DOMs and FP&R teams.



  • Provide regional leadership through serving as a link to the center and provide divisional FP&R updates to the center.
  • Serve as subject matter authority in standards and provide mentorshipRe on standards, tools, and systems.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer across manufacturing sites through teaching and coaching for FP&R Standards progression.
  • Lead and facilitate regular network meetings to understand issues and opportunities and provide support to close gaps and promote improvement. Ensure benchmarking and practice to share transfer.
  • Provide feedback to regional leaders or local site leads and CMS leaders.
  • Conduct hands-on site support visits to assist in FP&R implementation; organize workshops and COPs for immediate return on investment.
  • Participate in global assessments and site self-assessment SME coordination.
  • Develops next generation of global initiatives, such as training, updating standards, and rolling out communication.
  • Partnership with site FP&R leaders to benchmark, share and receive standard methodologies, collaborate on global initiatives and share FP&R progress with leaders.
  • Work with the global analytics team to promote analytics strategies as well as use self service analytical tools with manufacturing data to provide insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • At least 5 years of confirmed experience in Factory operations, Engineering or Supply Chain role.
