What role will you play as a member of the Human Resources team?

 

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner Champion, you will play an instrumental role in leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies for Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

 

Working within the Hill’s Human Resources team, you will focus on DE&I program delivery across our Division. Business partnership will include assessing the current state and identifying best practices to advance our practices. Successful candidates will have experience crafting and delivering innovative DE&I programs, you should not only be passionate about delivering DE&I solutions but phenomenal at inspiring change.

 

Who are you?

You connect the dots: Build, coordinate and execute plans to improve diversity equity and inclusion in partnership with, the Hill’s Division Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, our Employee Resource Groups and the Colgate Global DE&I team

  • Build, analyze and review metrics with Division Leadership to assess performance And recommend changes.

You are a collaborator: Champion Division communication on DE&I, including providing conversation motivations for managers

  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to build a brand that appeals to a diverse group of applicants and removes bias, and finally champions allyship within the Division.
  • Translate DE&I standard methodologies into programs, bring innovative solutions to broaden our DE&I actions including campus recruiting and mentorship programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree.

  • Demonstrable experience from 7 to 10 years, crafting and delivering DE&I / HR programs, Including talent and culture programs.
  • Experience delivering projects for large and cross-functional audiences.
  • Having demonstrable experience in HR as a HR Business Partner, talent management and or any related areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree

  • Driving measurable Business outcomes through DE&I solutions.
  • Experience optimally partnering and collaborating with HR and/or business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and plans.
