The Customer Engagement & O2I Leader is responsible to ensure that order timelines, documentation and regulatory requirements are understood and adhered to by stakeholders and that the goods are delivered to meet targeted service levels to the US export customers. The position is also responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing O2I & Distributor processes, supports system upgrades and supporting new Go to Markets / Retail Environments in collaboration with local CS&L leaders He / She is also responsible in driving standardization initiatives for Hill's Order Management processes, leads or supports system upgrades and enhancements related to the CS&L processes


What you will do

*Provide support to the Export team & CBS to ensure the transfer of knowledge regarding regulatory processes and documentation.

*Oversee regulatory compliance for all export replenishment in coordination with regulatory affairs. Interface with Regulatory and Quality teams to stay abreast of new developments. Ensure processes are updated and stakeholders are informed accordingly.

*Support coordination of regular Master Data reviews, SAP testing for projects and regional system projects,

*Manage standardization of O2I processes in Hill’s Subsidiaries. Build and support execution of IT grid for implementation for O2I digital & efficiency projects *Lead or support SAP enhancements, upgrades, and modifications related to US exports. Liaise with key stakeholders to stay abreast of plans, and build schedules to execute without interruption.

*Work closely with the regional teams to drive continuous improvement for O2I / Customer Engagement.

*Work closely with the Global Supply Chain Engagement team to deploy and share best practices to Hills

*Performs other duties as assigned

*Complies with all policies and standards


Required Qualifications

*Bachelor's Degree Business in a technical area

*At least 5 years Customer Service & Logistics, Sales, or Supply Chain

*Excellent communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

*Master's Degree MBA

*SAP Experience

Salary Range $108,000 - $120,800 USD


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
