Role:

  • Support Business in the Asia Pacific Region for Hill's in digital, Analytics and SAP Applications
  • Bridge & Translator for Local Japan business needs for various Global IT teams
  • Sanity checker and final gatekeeper for all Digital Platforms & Technologies in the Region


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Asia Pacific leadership team to understand business strategy, roadmap and areas of support needed and collaborate with rest of GT (Global Digital applications - GDA,APSSO,GIO, Global Security) to plan and execute the support
  • Provide understanding of  technology landscape/ecosystem to Global IT teams to facilitate digital transformation projects in the region
  • Plan and execute actions arising from the liaison engagement stated above
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different internal and external teams at different locations in English and Japanese
  • Participate in security reviews , Architecture reviews and Audit sessions to facilitate proper communication and documentation
  • Manage Grid projects for the subsidiaries coordinating with APSSO
  • Work with GIT Digital Marketing teams to advance First Party Data Collection, Data Integration efforts with Line messaging app and data driven marketing strategies and technologies
  • Partner with digital marketing, analytics, and eCommerce technical and business teams to integrate relevant customer data in order to develop targeted digital campaigns, acquire and drive campaign creation and execution, and report on results and learnings
  • Perform data analysis and modeling and ingest relevant first party data to further develop and identify new audience targets
  • Understand the Company’s consumer and professional environment and how we use technology across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager, and BlueConic.
  • Document knowledge and share best practices
  • Proactively gain a level of technical expertise through internally and externally available learning opportunities as applicable as well as self-study
