Job Summary

The position is responsible for supporting brand marketing strategy/plans execution for Hill’s Colgate Japan Science Diet brand to achieve short and long-term business and marketing objectives.

 

Responsibilities include assisting in supporting brand strategy development and executing product/commercial plans by leading cross-functional teams including agency partners.  Under the direction of Brand Manager, this position is expected to drive and execute marketing campaigns,  identify and validate growth opportunities and develop product/marketing plans to grow the business.

  • Assists in development of brand strategies.

  • Contribute to develop marketing strategies/plans for initiatives such as new product launches, restages, and commercial initiatives.

  • Contribute analysis of category dynamics and business drivers such as consumer, shopper, competition and customer to develop actionable marketing plans to drive growth.

  • Support Science Diet brand manager who manages the execution of marketing plans and projects working with global marketing and cross functional team members.

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Minimum  3to 5  years marketing experience at Consumer Packaged Goods company, ideally with global multinational
  • Bachelor degree
  • MBA in Marketing preferred
