Verantwortungsbereich:

In unserem Produktionswerk der GABA Therwil GmbH in Therwil (BL) begleiten und steuern Sie die Herstellungsprozesse von der Bestellung der Rohstoffe bis zum Versand der Produkte. 

 

Kernaufgaben: 

  • Steuerung und Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen Herstell- und Hygienevorschriften sowie der anwendbaren Richtlinien zur Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz.

  • Eigenständiges Ausführen der erforderlichen Reinigungsarbeiten von Räumen, Produktionsanlagen und Ausrüstung.

  • GMP-konformes Dokumentieren aller durchgeführten Tätigkeiten sowie eigenständige Buchung aller durchgeführten Materialbewegungen mittels SAP ERP Systemen.

  • Warenannahme und -einlagerung sowie rechtzeitige Bestellung von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien unter Berücksichtigung der internen Beschaffungsabläufe.

  • Durchführung der erforderlichen Musterzugsprozesse inklusive Entnahme von Wasserproben für die mikrobiologische Überwachung.

  • Ordnungsgemässe Entsorgung von Chemikalien, Leergebinden und Abfällen gemäss den entsprechenden  Firmenvorschriften.

  • Materialversand inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Versandunterlagen sowie Berücksichtigung der gefahrgutrechtlichen Vorschriften.

 

Anforderungen:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Chemikant/-in und haben vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich industrieller Herstellungsprozesse unter GMP-Bedingungen sowie im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen. 

Sie verfügen über sichere Deutschkenntnisse. Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Workspace, MS-Office-Programmen und SAP sind von Vorteil.

Ihre saubere und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit der Freude, selbständig in einem kleinen Team zu arbeiten, sind Voraussetzungen für die Herstellung unserer qualitativ hochstehenden Produkte.
