Position: European Consumer Affairs Integration & Engagement Specialist
Location: Basel, Europe Division (100% Europe)
About the Role: Join us as you influence and create seamless consumer experiences that stand at the forefront of European Consumer Affairs. In this dynamic role, you will be developing strategies to equip our contact centers with the necessary tools and insights to ensure exceptional consumer care. You will own the initiative to connect Consumer Affairs with the business, leveraging consumer insights to drive business growth and maintain trust in our brands.
What You'll Do:

Influence Innovation: Lead initiatives that integrate new tools and methodologies, ensuring consumer feedback is actively incorporated into business improvements.

Create Impactful Solutions: Engage with cross-functional teams to develop consumer communications strategies, driving actionable insights from data analysis.

Develop Excellence: Provide training and support to European contact centers, ensuring they have the relevant knowledge to thrive in consumer care and compliance fitness.
Your Profile: Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Consumer Affairs or Customer Service. Familiarity with FMCG or Pharma industries is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, data and analytical capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English is required, with German and/or French an advantage.
