About The Role
The Blue Jacket (JTrade Marketing) develops, implements, coordinates, and supervises activities related to customers to achieve the company's commercial objectives, serving as a liaison between points of sale and the central customer administration. It is responsible for the distributor sales, along with the Regional Executive.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the distributor sales force to meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales and distribution results to evaluate compliance with objectives.
  • Supervise and control the distribution, sales, promotional activities, inventory control, and product turnover of customers.
  • Coordinate execution at points of sale with outsourcing personnel or client personnel.
  • Find opportunities and convey them to the Sales Executive to develop strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market.
  • Map the points of sale in the assigned area to ensure coverage.
  • Ensure the accurate implementation of the 5 P’s at the assigned points of sale.
  • Manage and implement display guidelines.
  • Deliver promotional material to the distributor’s merchandisers and verify its appropriate use.

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Intermediate-Advanced conversational level of English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales field operations
  • Experience in sales of mass consumption
  • Active driver's license
  • Availability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales and negotiation techniques
  • Good interpersonal relationships
