Project Output:

1. Co-create / enhance the planning toolkit to document current processes, planning activities and tools. Below are expected milestones

• Immerse and understand the supply planning process by supporting the category supply planner in achieving case fill and inventory targets for the body care portfolio to facilitate the documentation review
• Review current documentation / tool kit  of  supply planning processes and system guides and tools
• Validate the documentation in the tool kit against current practices
• Update the toolkit
• Review current reports and find opportunities to  streamline and standardize

       2. Facilitate process review on the following categories: dish, mouthwash, and bar soap

       3. Propose process simplification initiatives that will translate to at least 8 manhours reduction per week

Required Qualifications:

• Substantial work experience in FMCG supply planning
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
