Role & Responsibilities

How does this role fit in? The opportunity exists to be the Insights & Analytics Lead in the Philippines hub. As part of the I&A team in APAC Division and Marketing team, the Hub I&A Lead is responsible for connecting insights dots and engaging and collaborating with Marketing Lead and Hub GM as a strategic partner.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the hub team of Business Intelligence and Consumer Insights to drive business growth & MKT strategy, specifically on:

    • Growth strategy via strategic multi-source synthesis 

    • Pulse of local trends and market evolvement

    • Business performance tracking & report, including retail audit, Panel, brand tracking, etc. 

    • Business diagnosis, including portfolio management, RTM & execution optimization

    • Advance analytics tools implementation from data to business action, including MMM, RGM, Forecasting.

    • Consumer Insights to ensure the development of brand communication and activation, as well as innovation launch

    • Shopper insights to enable the omnichannel, KA as well as emerging channel strategy 

    • Competitor watch 

  • Be strategic partner in hub to navigate the business planning, development and implementation

  • Enable the data-driven decisions via influential & impactful insights & implications

  • Connect the dots on  the market intelligence, consumer insights and foresights as well as Division led initiatives

  • Lead on local specific topics' exploratory & incubation

  • Coordinate training and sharing for local I&A as well as business teams

  • Connect & design I&A plan and budget by understanding business needs & gaps

  • Optimally manage vendor/agency relationships to establish win-win business partnerships

What we ask:

  • Critical thinking - able to connect dots to fully navigate the brand growth strategy

  • Ability to articulate, communicate and collaborate effectively across e2e business functions

  • Solid research foundations - on traditional insights methodologies and data analytical skills, as well as exploring new capabilities

  • Stakeholder management - able to challenge status quo yet navigate the alignment with senior team members

  • Bonus capability if anything related marketing, innovation launch or digital/ec operation experience

  • FMCG proven experience, either inhouse or with analytics, research, media agency beneficial

  • 10-12 years of proven experience
