The Experience


As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle engagement (onboarding, movements & separation). You will be the subject matter expert for data analytics of management reports to facilitate management decision making. SAP will also be part of your responsibility by providing an oversight role on all SAP-related data management and processes, to ensure the effective and efficient data management between CBS and PH. Additionally, you will provide an oversight role on benefits administration implementation.

What you’ll need...

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR with particular focus on HR Operations and Data management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices and programs
  • Experience in analyzing and presenting HR data
  • Experience in working with HR systems
  • Good understanding of DOLE regulations related to employee benefits and employer obligations
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal partners and key external constituents, including vendors
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
