Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

  • Influence key business decisions as a Credit to Cash Officer, where your expertise drives customer growth while minimizing risk.

  • Own the customer credit evaluation process by analyzing financials, payment histories, and third-party insights to establish credit limits and payment terms.

  • Collaborate directly with Customer Development, Service, and Logistics teams to resolve account issues and ensure smooth order processing.

  • Process and review customer deductions and distributor claims to ensure compliance with the required documentation and approvals

 

Responsibilities:

  • Credit management – includes review of customers’ credit risk, provides risk rating, evaluates and releases blocked orders and  evaluates the credit limit to be given to customers.  

  • Collection & Cash application – coordinates with the collectors and payment processors to ensure that all due invoices are collected and processed in a timely manner

  • Review and clearing of Customer disputes and Distributor claims

    • Validates all trade programs deductions of direct customers and claims of distributors to ensure compliance with the required documentation and approvals

    • Process payments on distributor claims and customer deductions with Customer Development team  and Customer Service & Logistics team to ensure timely validation and resolution 

    • Coordinates with CDT Finance team to match the customer deductions and distributor claims against accruals

  • Monitors customers’ subsidiary ledger and ensures that customer balances are updated based on the agreed objectives and KPIs.

  • Partner with Customer Development, Service, and Logistics teams to resolve order-related issues and facilitate timely order releases.

 

Required  Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a similar field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certified Public Accountant & Experience in Audit Firm an advantage

  • Experience in using SAP and Excel/Google Suites
