The Experience


As the Brand Manager for Innovation you are responsible for ideating, developing and validating new product bundles for the Philippine market in the assigned category/segment (Personal Care).  To build a pipeline based on consumer insights in line with the Equity/Brand growth strategy.

What you’ll need...

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • At least 5 years of Marketing brand management and/or innovation experience in consumer goods industry
  • Implementation of at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, packaging change, promotional program, etc.
  • Key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management
