The Experience:
As the Consumer Innovations Center Manager, you are responsible for leading brand and category expansion opportunities through new products, based on consumer insights in line with brand and equity growth strategy. You will lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities and build the new product pipeline from ideation, validation, development up to launch readiness for commercial scale-up, for your assigned category/ segment in the Philippines' business.

What you’ll need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing brand management, inclusive of innovation experience in consumer goods industry
  • Implementation of at least two business building initiatives, e.g. new product launch, relaunch / renovation, packaging change, seasonal products, commercial activation, etc.
  • Key involvement in business analysis, marketing or strategic plan development, and cross-functional project management


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in personal care, beauty or cosmetics category
  • With Design know-how or creatives experience
  • Has worked on digital campaign/s or launches with proven results
