The Experience & Opportunity..
As the Consumer Innovations Center Manager, you are responsible for leading brand and category expansion opportunities through new products, based on consumer insights in line with brand and equity growth strategy. You will lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities and build the new product pipeline from ideation, validation, development up to launch readiness for commercial scale-up, for your assigned category/ segment in the Philippines' business.

- Crafting innovation strategy and roadmap to drive long-term growth
- Building pipeline of new product innovations that address consumer needs states
- Implementing bundle development from concept to commercial readiness
- Leading development and execution of brand design language and expression
- Optimizing innovation propositions, improving the offer and the product experience
- Accelerating the company's sustainability goals through innovations
- You Leverage Consumer-Centric Insights & Analytics
- Partnering with Consumer Insights team to determine insighting and research needs
- Quantifying opportunities for growth through consumer/ category data analytics
- Maintaining continuous curiosity and discovery attitude through external inspirations and ongoing trends-spotting
- You Promote Teamwork & Impactful Leadership
- Setting clear goals and objectives and translating them into action plans
- Leading presentations and alignments with key approvers and top management
- Leading cross-functional team members both within Local & Global Teams
- Encouraging an environment that values collaboration and sharing of ideas
- Contributing to the organization by encouraging others to action, holding self and others accountable for impact & results

What you’ll need to succeed...
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 5 years of marketing brand management, inclusive of innovation experience in consumer goods industry
- Implementation of at least two business building growth initiatives, e.g. new product launch, portfolio relaunch / renovation, formulation or packaging changes, seasonal products, commercial activation, etc.
- Key involvement in business analysis, marketing or strategic plan development, and cross-functional project management
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Experience in personal care, beauty or cosmetics category
- With strategic design know-how or creatives experience
- Has worked on digital campaign/s or launches with validated results
