Job Overview

 

We are seeking a creative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content that communicates brand and product messaging across platforms (both originated and adapted). The role will report into IBE (Impactful Brand Experience) and will require collaboration with brand and media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build fit-to-platform visual content aligned with brand guidelines and product messaging. Develop digital materials for social platforms, including static, GIF and video materials. Maintain an understanding of global content golden rules and platform standard processes. Produce high-quality deliverables. Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.

  • Independently build short videos (concept, copy, shoot, editing), as needed.

  • Have an understanding of factors that affect content performance - including historical factors, category norms and platform trends. Have an appreciation for content results and show proficiency in applying takeaways to content creation cycles.

  • Be on top of emerging social and content trends, with ability to quickly test-and-learn across project workstreams. Follow design trends and standard processes to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand.

  • Innovate the content development pipeline (resourcing, AI, etc) to find new ways to supply the range of content required to stay always-on across priority media channels.

  • To handle other creative projects and assignments based on management discretion.

 

Desired skills & experience

  • Shown experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio for originated design that brings brand and product messaging to life. 

  • Knowledge of design that gets results by channel (including Meta, YouTube, Tiktok).

  • Appreciation for content results & analytics.

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Hands-on experience with image manipulation, illustration and animation.

  • Proactive self learner, problem solver and able to propose creative solutions and new insights.

  • Independent / self-starter who can handle expectations and timelines for multiple projects. 

  • Ability to handle collaborators via collaboration & ability to influence.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced organization / creative agency / corporate environment.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, illustrator, After Effect, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva).

  • A degree or equivalent experience or equivalent in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.

  • Have experience in oral care, personal care and beauty.

  • Experience designing for full-funnel (A/C campaigns vs P campaigns)

  • Experience working in an in-house / corporate capacity
