JOB PURPOSE:

 

To help drive data evidence-based decision-making and actions in the organization, the Analytics Manager will focus on the development of analytics framework, delivery of analytics program and drive implementation of insights along the entire chain of the IBE process.  Working closely with the IBE and brand teams as key stakeholders, this role must bring to life data along the IBE measurement process and deliver insights to make our investments work more impactfully for the business.

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Deliver content development analytics, e.g. pre-testing, A/B testing
  • Drive synergy and deliver 360/overall campaign effectiveness evaluation/learning (both online and offline) and proposed actions
  • Drive Market Mix Modeling/Attribution Modeling - build insights and implications to business; drive action workshop and monitor implementation of strategies and tactics
  • Ensure and support the data acquisition process for Digital/IBE analytics -  access to data for MMM, Digital analytics; work with IT to build seamless data acquisition process
  • Build media and macro-learning from various internal and external sources (historical, annual, quarterly) and drive implications to the business via analytics partnership with Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, WM, etc.
  • Stay on top of new trends and platform development (in support of new platform identification) and bring back relevant ones to the organization
  • Provide framework and lead ecosystem analytics (.Com, Owned / Organic, Social, Community Mgmt ), e-com analytics, etc.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him/her

LEADERSHIP / SUPERVISION

● Individual Contributor reporting to Insights and Analytics Head

 

EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • Atleast 5 or more years of relevant Analytics and Insights experience
  • Advanced experience/highly proficient in Digital media analytics with exposure to media effectiveness measurement
  • Strong experience in delivering MMMs, media effectiveness measurement programs
  • Experience in advertising tracking, advertising pre-testing a plus 
  • Must have strong agency background - Media/ Digital/Research agencies or in similar in-house roles. 
  • An ideal profile would be insights agency + digital analytics + media analytics agency background 
  • FMCG experience helpful
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with economics, statistic, mathematics or other related fields preferred
