Role Summary/Purpose:

Work as a key part of a collaborative account team, partnering closely with the Petstock Customer Development Manager (CDM) to build deep collective expertise across the Petstock ecosystem. In this fast-paced, high-potential growth role, you will contribute directly to executing omnichannel strategies that deliver sales targets, accelerate market share growth, and ultimately fill more bowls with Hill's! This position is perfect for a proactive, growth-minded team player who takes pride in driving operational excellence, bringing data curiosity to the table, and taking full ownership of their role to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan Excellence: Act as the team’s operational anchor, managing the execution of the promotional and operational plans across all Petstock digital platforms and physical storefronts.

  • Team-Based Forecasting: Work alongside the CDM, the customer, and our supply chain team to contribute to an accurate, cross-functional demand forecast within ATLAS, ensuring our products are always in stock and available online and on-shelf.

  • Omnichannel Execution Support: Work across internal and external teams to drive best-in-class execution. Help sync online visibility (search, content optimization) with brick-and-mortar mechanics (displays, campaigns, and new product introductions) so the brand wins seamlessly across the entire Petstock ecosystem.

  • Frontline Field Partnership: Partner with our field sales teams by translating corporate Petstock agreements into high-impact, actionable activation toolkits—inspiring flawless 6P execution, stock pressure, and brand consistency on the ground.

  • Shared Relationship Engagement: Support the CDM in actively engaging with customer contacts at Petstock, helping to build strong, long-term relationships and ensuring our joint growth initiatives are perfectly aligned with customer objectives.

  • Team Insights & Data Curiosity: Bring a highly analytical, curious approach to portal scan data, digital trends, Tableau, and Profitero. Look beyond standard reporting to provide the account team with actionable insights on shopper behavior, while assisting the CDM with Profit & Loss (P&L) data analysis to help optimize overall performance.

  • Commercial Support & Ownership: Take ownership of vital commercial moving pieces, including managing promotional submissions, navigating trade spend accruals, utilizing ROI margin calculators, and executing inventory clearance strategies for obsolete or short-dated stock.

Who we are looking for:

  • Omnichannel Thinker: Understand how online retail dynamics and physical brick-and-mortar storefront execution connect to create a seamless shopper conversion experience.

  • Ownership & Team Player: Highly curious, you thrive in taking total ownership of your business area while actively celebrating, collaborating, and sharing success to drive mutual team wins.

  • Relationship Builder: Passionate about building trusted, collaborative partnerships with both internal cross-functional squads and external customer stakeholders to unlock mutual, sustainable growth.

  • Collaborative Partner: Comfortable managing in a fast-paced environment, connecting the dots between CD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build strong customer plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of sales, retail support, or category management experience; highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
