About your Role - Logistics and Analytics Manager - 12 month fixed term contract  

 

Owning the order to invoice process, you will enhance our customer experience by improving our day to day logistics operations with the support of one direct report.

Key to success will be the ability to build strong relationships internally, and externally both with customers and suppliers.

Using these relationships and knowledge you will focus on cost to serve and drive efficiencies with continuous improvement in the supply chain.

 

You will also lead analytics in the supply chain, building dashboards and automating existing processes. Using these tools you will work with our business partners to provide actionable insights to  drive improvements in the supply chain.

 

This position is based in George Street, Sydney and our hybrid way of working asks employees to collaborate in the office, 3 days a week.

  • Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
  • High level of self-motivation and passion to deliver excellence in customer service
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and embrace change
  • Digitally savvy - Google Suite or similar and applying digital tools to analyse data

 

What you’ll need:

  • Tertiary degree qualified with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar supply chain environment (FMCG/Pharma) is required
  • Essential to have previous experience utilising SAP/APO or other relevant ERP/MRP/Demand planning software
  • Experience working with warehouses and carriers on a daily basis
  • Advanced Excel skills and database creation
  • Customer Service and Order to Invoice experience
