The Role - Logistics Coordinator (6 month fixed-term contract)
The role will see you take ownership of our customer experience by ensuring that they receive the stock they want when they need it. You will improve their experience through great communication and reduce costs through efficient processing of orders and logistics planning.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Ownership of the order fulfillment process from processing through to delivery and keeping customers updated with the progress of their orders
Increasing truck utilisation and order picking efficiencies
Working with our Logistics Providers to ensure that customers orders are on time and in full
Identifying improvement opportunities in the delivery process
Managing customer claims
Supporting improvements to current processes and incorporating new ways of working where appropriate
This position is based in the Sydney office and is great opportunity within a global organisation

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a similar field is preferred

3 years experience in a similar customer service role

Experience working with SAP
