Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the role is to prepare budgets and Les for the South Pacific Hub and Australia. To complete all monthly close deliverables including SGA, MGA and consolidation models. Also include the completing the budgets/LE as well as the Monthly rolling estimates for Australia and South Pacific in systems required. The role will also be responsible for fixed overhead management for actuals and budgets/LEs for Australia and South Pacific. The role will work closely with all functions in Australia as well as the subsidiaries in the region and the Asia Pacific Division


In addition, the role will include the preparation of budgets and LEs in the CSiP system for Australia from volume to net sales including GTN.


Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial controls are maintained and adequate as well as all financial policies are adhered to
  • Prepare budget and LE development for Australia and South Pacific for the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Generation
  • Prepare sales growth analysis (SGA), margin analysis as required by division in a timely and accurate manner for monthly actuals and budgets/LEs .
  • Ensure all budget and LE deliverables including exhibits are completed accurately and in a timely manner


Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification including CPA or CA
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in analytical techniques
  • Financial Management (1 year)


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with professional firm
  • Experience working in FMCG
  • SAP & Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Data STudio)
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
