Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development of omni channel 7P strategies, based on category, competitive, consumer and retail insights
  • Develop effective strategies and programs to drive growth within each retail environment, with a particular focus on setting and monitoring price / promotional strategy and portfolio development
  • Provide retail insight and expertise to the Consumer Marketing team in the development of brand strategies and NPD
  • Develop innovative solutions / plans to support brand objectives/ strategies in different RE’s / accounts
  • Work closely with supply chain to manage issues and determine changes in strategy
  • Lead and work on cross functional project teams to launch products and key business initiatives, including presenting recommendations and strategy to all levels of the business
  • Work closely with Finance and CD on financial development, forecasting and scenario modelling based on deep understanding of customers, market data and the P&L

 

External requirements:

  • University degree mandatory, marketing/commerce preferred

  • Relevant experience in Marketing, Sales or other Business functions

  • FMCG experience or minimum 5 years in a commercial role preferred (supplier or retailer)
