Scope of Responsibility
- Optimizing the dataflow and data management within the project management tool “Smartsheet” for 3 Colgate product categories: Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care for Europe & Africa-Eurasia regions.
- Work with Google sheets/Excel and SmartSheet tools to optimize the data flow and communication between different departments.
- Develop new dashboards and tracker to provide best project visibility
- Create connection to data sources outside smartsheet
- Drive automation and notification of project timelines/tasks
- Conduct training and support internal employees about new solutions and automated processes
- Maintain the system and fix system issues
- Evaluate and develop new Artificial intelligence options for project management and implement it
- Support projects related to the European Green Deal or new regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and lead simple projects and build proper project plan and timelines in smartsheet
- Daily cooperation with Packaging, Procurement, Technical, R&D, Planning, Marketing and Operation team in aim to support smooth project implementation.
- Support the project management team executing project management tasks
This position requires the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a technical/economical field including IT(engineering, logistics, procurement, R&D, or other)
- Very good analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/google sheets (countif, or, vlookup, pivot tables)
- Communication skills and high personal culture
- Ability of good cooperation and relations at various levels in the organizational structure
- Very good English skills (international projects members)
- Demonstrated project management skills, able to work in virtual teams and experience with project management tools
- Possesses strong mathematical skills and is able to analyze large amounts of complex data to formulate conclusions and recommendations
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
