Responsibilities:

Manages the on-going relationship of the 3rd party Contract manufacturer Suppliers

You will be managing Personal Care and Home Care categories.

Negotiates service agreements. This includes determining contractors where service agreements are required, developing rationale for contractors where service agreements are not needed and maintaining service agreements
-
Coordinate Interactions with Cross Category Buyers for Raw and Pack mtls management
-
Validate CM prices through quarterly reviews. Update SAP Info Records and issue Std Cost to CBS
-
Facilitates interactions with Accounting Team for FG Invoicing/POs issues
-
Responsible for Contract Coverage or to have NDA signed as required, facilitating interactions with CP Legal Dpt
-
Leads a cross functional team in the CM selection process

Prepare and present CM Strategies to Sr management
-
Review and updated the CM segmentation Strategies
-
Support ESM risk assessment and guarantee that audits are conducted and followed up
-
Responsible for SRSA Compliance
-
Responsible for Funding the Growth Programs as well as eSavings reporting on projects with CMs
-
Facilitates the interfaces of required CP resources with 3rd party CM Sales, Technical and other functional groups as well as Category Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing and Finance functions to assure compliance with purchasing policies, resolve issues, align service and financial strategies

Evaluate and Negotiate new Investments needed, ask Global Committee for approval and manage amortization on FG price

Manage any type of liabilities between CP and CM.

Ensures timely delivery of new products as per Division grids

Collaborate on sourcing strategies, supporting with cost estimate and manufacturing feasibility assessment (with the collaboration of Technical, Engineering and EM team)

Ensures implementation of Continuous Improvement programs with 3rd party CM (i.e., Supplier Certification, Continuous Improvement Teams, etc.)

Facilitates resolution of quality issues with appropriate CP personnel
-
Develops process improvements to reduce obsolete material risk ( i.e MOQ Review)
-
Coordinate phase in/phase out process to reduce stock inventory at CM, in collaboration with Colgate Finance/E2E team
-
Provide periodical Future Cost Planning Updates and data for Budgeting Process
-
Provides functional support on task forces, studies, and major projects as needed to the Global Category Procurement Mgr
-
Participates in external industry forums (e.g., SDA or external Purchasing organizations, benchmarking) and internal Procurement Network meetings.
Requirements:

3-5 years Purchasing or Supply Chain;
-
2 years of project management experience;
-
SAP experience is an advantage
-
Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets environment

Polish and English fluent speaker
