JOB PURPOSE
Lead Colgate’s Professional Oral Care business across Northern Europe (UK, Ireland & Nordics), covering both prescription-only medicines and professionally-endorsed consumer brands. Deliver business growth through development and execution of the marketing strategy and new innovation launches to healthcare professionals (covering dental professionals, pharmacists, nurses and doctors where relevant).


WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Professional marketing strategy

-  Apply insights and data to develop a Professional Growth Plan, defining our strategy to deliver net sales, margin, profit and share targets across markets. 

-  Partner with local Professional Business Managers across the region to localise brand strategy & tailor growth initiatives across the Northern Europe region.

-  Lead internal alignment behind this Professional Growth Plan, addressing senior leadership to gain consensus and ensure synergy with European and Global strategies.

Innovation
-  Leverage patient & healthcare professional insights to find opportunities for new product launches and develop innovation pipelines by market. 

-  Lead GTM plan for the product launches, including pricing recommendations, commercial strategy, P&L posture & launch support plans.

-  Lead cross-functional operations to bring new products to market (including artwork development, partnership with supply chain and coordination with Regulatory Affairs where needed).

Professional Media & Activation
-  Lead development & implementation of integrated Professional marketing campaigns, covering media, exhibitions, digital, detailing & CRM.

-  Collaborate with local teams across UK & Nordics to localise campaign strategy by adapting assets & touchpoint plans.

-  Partner with EU Division Marketing, Digital & Scientific Affairs teams to shape communication strategy and drive relevance for Northern Europe markets. 

-  Run budget and financial planning of marketing activity. 

People Development
-  Management and mentoring a team of 3 direct reports
