The Professional Digital Engagement Specialist is the Champion of digital communication Dental Professionals. This role is responsible for building strong connections with both Dentists and Dental Hygienists using our own digital assets (professional websites & various tools), CRM and social media. You will work together with Digital Specialists in the markets and be responsible for our engagement with these professionals and their office staff under our three powerful Oral Care brands across Europe: Colgate, elmex and meridol. Furthermore, you are involved in several other digital initiatives such as: remote/virtual detailing, digital Education  and webinars. You will be responsible for our data collection strategies which you analyse to generate insights and recommend new opportunities for engagement.  Success in this role means you ensure successful campaign execution.

 

Job Purpose

  • Lead & coordinate the management and enhancement of the digital ecosystem and key digital projects with focus on tools and enablers 

  • Manage and execute the POC digital initiatives annual grid (tools & enablers), including European-led initiatives and local requests

  • Manage in close collaboration with Global and GIT the pipeline and long term grid of digital tools and enablers

  • Evolve and provide guidance to the Hubs the Digital Touchpoints blueprint / ACPL model

  • Push down the content generated by the POC Marketing & SA teams across the digital touchpoints - primarily website as Go To Point

  • Manage and report the performance tracking of key digital tools (GA, SAP Marketing, webinars...) and integration with consumer dashboard

  • Be the point of contact for digital initiatives for Global, POC team, Hubs & Countries

  • Dotted Line with POC EU Division- Requires participation to key POC meetings and regular exchange with key stakeholders in the POC team

 

Main Responsibilities

Professional Websites

  • Lead adaptation of master templates to the EU (colgate & mixed markets) with POC Marketing & partner agencies (VML/RF) 

  • Maintenance of new website: Coordinate roll-out through BEX of centrally driven website updates and content led by POC Marketing team 

  • Manage and filter local requests and coordinate with BEX

  • Monitor performance via Analytics Dashboard

  • Manage and roll-out new functionalities to be integrated in the new prof website

    • Integration of Calendly  for virtual visits with OCCs

    • Work with GIT for an improved sampling functionality

e-Commerce

  • Relaunch of ecommerce in Q2 (Germany/CH)

  • Provide e-commerce guidelines for Direct to Clinics and Dental Distributor e-shops

 

CRM Strategy

  • Develop and Coordinate implementation of Zero/First party data acquisition strategies

  • Ensure data is seamlessly connected across the digital ecosystem

  • Coordinate implementation and updates of C4C/CRM

  • Support the countries/hubs on any issue / needs with the new C4C or old CRM. Coordinate support with GSSO. 

  • Develop reports / dashboards at European level to track KPIs

  • Lead evolution of SAP Marketing Cloud (Mastermind) and implementation of) phase 2 in EU in 2021. 

  • Manage Tracking Dashboard to monitor KPIs 

 

Digital Education

  • Zoom implementation in Europe for all local webinars (large and small)

  • Zoom SSO integration in Colgate Talks (temporarily until end 2021) and related training with focus on large webinars 

  • Colgate Talks decommission (end 2021) and implementation of Webinars in the new professional website

  • Support in the management of the technology/platform for annual e-conference w POC/KH

 

SEO & SEM

  • Finalize SEO activation in key markets for the relaunch of the New Prof Site with WM

  • Define always ON SEO for 2022+ for professional websites and markets prioritization.

  • Define SEM framework and plans for 2022+

 

IT Coordination

  • Be first point of contacts for Hubs , ensuring requests are evaluated and added into the Global IT grid

  • Coordinate solutions and implementations.

 

Personal Attributes

Level of Education:  

  • Degree in Business: focus on digital Marketing, analytics  or communication, 

 

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of in-market experience with a company preferably in dental, pharmaceutical or other healthcare industry 

  • Experience with cross functional teams and day to day interaction with different seniority and management levels is a plus

 

Functional Experience and Technical Skills:  

  • high level of affinity and ideally familiarity with digital engagement and automation tools

  • Websites, SEO/SEM, CRM & Digital Campaign Management, Social Media 

  • Demonstrated experience with digital engagement strategy

  • Strong organisational and planning skills 

  • Excellent working knowledge of English 

  • Good communicator and change manager
