Title: Professional Digital Brand Manager (12 Month FTC)

Function: Professional Marketing, NE Hub

Summary:

This is a Professional Oral Care role at a Hub level. You will be responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising in coordination with the agencies. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

 

You will need to have a good understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will be supported by agencies and will work with both Hub and Division Marketing, Scientific Affairs and the local teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive equity, awareness and conversion and optimize user funnels
  • Build and maintain our social media presence working with local and regional agencies
  • Tracks digital metrics for all digital marketing campaigns, analyses data, provides monthly updates against goals (ROI and Digital KPIs), and makes recommendations for optimization to Hub / Division
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Work with Hub Brand Managers to plan and execute IMC supporting the brands
  • Build roadmaps across key supported brands: Connect with local digital agencies and European Digital Team providing guidance on digital assets development, ensuring deliverables are complying with the market best practices and brand guidelines
  • Adaptation and updates of professional websites and related material (content, reviews, approvals, image/video usage rights, etc)
  • Manages and builds plans to enlarge CRM databases, drive traffic to websites and increase registrations for digital activities
  • Work with Division and Global, where relevant, on tools improvement and implementation (eg. Hybris, SAP Marketing Cloud, websites, CRM)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (field teams / legal / consumer affairs) to ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance
  • Assist in the implementation and management of Influencers through special tools and collaboration with agencies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Support e-commerce team with omni-channel communication and digital media campaigns to drive conversion
  • Support to roll out our social mission for our brands across key social platforms

 

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level is desirable, ideally in Marketing or Business Administration, Advertising or Digital technologies or similar relevant field. A specific course on Digital would be considered a plus. 
  • Minimum 2 yrs of Digital Marketing experience in a FMCG/health Industry company or agency on marketing/advertising. Additional experience in Marketing/Retail Marketing/Customer Development in a FMCG/Health Industry environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages: fluent English. Nordic languages are considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving/decision-making skills. Proactiveness and ability to work independently.
