Job Purpose

 

Be an integral part of Colgate-Palmolive’s digital transformation in Europe. This new appointed dynamic role offers an exciting  opportunity to shape how Colgate-Palmolive’s leading brands are discovered and purchased across retailer platforms. Working within the central Online Acceleration Centre you will have exposure to all levels within the business across Europe and a chance to lead the use of data to ensure the shopper’s journey is central to all communications.

 

Main Responsibilities
 

Support Global roll out of a new digital shelf measurement system, as the project lead for Europe. Working with stakeholders across the markets and our Global Teams to ensure the tool is fully integrated into the business process and provides real value back to the business while managing the phasing out of existing tools.

  • Project management of the new tool roll out, including  data collection, QA and gathering all local requirements.

  • Localise system training and creation of workflows to get actionable insights 

  • Support Division and Local Teams to provide actionable analysis and insights on performance

  • Project management of system enhancements to increase value to internal stakeholders

 

 

Support Colgate-Palmolive Content Studio Team by partnering with European Brand Teams to ensure best-in-class eCommerce content is created for all Brands. Establish content testing to improve conversion metrics. Support Global eCommerce team with rollout of enhanced PIM/DAM tool and content rolling  reporting.

  • Take ownership of the content  briefing timeline & standards

  • Identify content opportunities from performance metrics 

  • Establish content testing framework to improve content standards

  • Management of packshot creation process and standards

  • Partner with Global eCommerce team to prioritize PIM/DAM enhancements

  • Be spokesperson to communicate to Global Europe’s requirements for future developments

  • Manage central EU content library

 

Support retail media transformation by providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting of performance metrics.

  • Use multiple data sources to create performance reports and contribute ideas to improve metrics

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a similar data/analytical role

  • Ability to extract insights from data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders both verbally and in written form

  • Self starter, with ability to creatively solve problems 

  • Naturally curious about the world around them

  • Ability to create relationships with stakeholders across the business

  • Proven project management skills

  • Action-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills

  • Attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and ownership

  • Fluency in any European language would be a big advantage but not essential
