Job Purpose
In this pivotal role, you will be you will be responsible for driving budgeted sales and profit growth through the development and strengthening of our operational and strategic partnerships with Superdrug. You will play a key role in crafting a business model that is both sustainable and mutually profitable, fostering innovation and collaboration.
What you will do:
- Achieve quarterly and annual net sales, margin, and profit targets through a Joint Business Plan based on tailored commercial plans.
- Exhibit commercial acumen to analyze business data, swiftly identifying issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Present P&L exception models and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders, aimed at accelerating the Superdrug business.
- Understand Superdrug's strategies and consumer base to strategically position Colgate-Palmolive brands.
- Collaborate with the Shopper Development Manager to create a shopper-centric plan integral to the Joint Business Plan.
- Develop a comprehensive Retail Media plan with Shopper Marketing to enhance CP brand awareness.
- Work creatively with customer marketing and brand managers to develop solutions that drive the Superdrug business forward.
- Build and maintain strong external networks to enhance customer engagement and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish strong internal networks to elevate the Superdrug partnership, conducting quarterly reviews with senior directors.
- Collaborate with the Superdrug CAP to accurately forecast using effective 5P planning and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement a multi-year Superdrug strategy with detailed engagement and tracking plans.
- Act as the UK lead for AS Watson with Division and guide the International Win agreement for the UK.
- Lead business development projects that impact CP's broader business landscape.
