We have a fantastic opportunity for a Consumer Experience Coordinator to join our Marketing Team to play a key role in the new product development process in our Northern Europe Hub, and to lead the tracking of product development timelines to ensure bundles are fully ready to launch driving a great consumer experience

Main Responsibilities

  • Tracking and ensuring essential steps are completed on time for new product launches in the Northern Europe Hub across oral care and personal care
  • Support the product artwork development and approval process
  • Support the customisation of new products for local markets 

  • Working closely with the e-commerce content specialist to ensure assets are created and shared in a timely manner ahead of launch

  • Organise monthly go to market meetings with local retail marketing and supply chain teams

Key Challenges

  • Provide effective support to the marketing team on a number of projects simultaneously 

  • Ensuring that key stakholders are completing tasks in a tmely manner 

  • Flagging any issues and concerns with enough time for changes and solutions to be found throughout the new product process

  • Managing relationships with numerous stakeholders across functions and geographies
