Job Purpose

Manage defined portfolio of products to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives. Take responsibility for specific marketing projects and deliverables in the marketing team.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined portfolio of products to achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets.

  • Communicate all risks and opportunities within portfolio responsibility on a timely basis to manager.

  • Prepare monthly KPI performance review for portfolio, and provide required information for monthly commercial discipline.

  • Manages the detailed allocation and phasing of the advertising and promotions budget for defined portfolio, using key processes including A&P tracker and Ebuy (procurement system).

  • Manage the development of ‘path to purchase’ plans, specifically Brand Activation, Experiential, Sampling and PR.

  • Ensure timely communication as required with key internal stakeholders on portfolio (Customer Development, Customer Services & Logistics, Finance, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Insights, Divisional Marketing).

  • Own the development of annual brand plan for their portfolio and ensure full stakeholder buy-in.
  • Support the team in the development and delivery of 1,000-Day strategic plan and the mid-year review and annual budget process.

  • Support Division with adhoc insight requests and in managing appropriate pipelines
