Job Purpose:

To ensure positive employee relations and Productivity through Culture and organizational development and driving the plant People strategy.

 

Job Context & Challenges:

Sri City is a strategic tooth brush manufacturing location in Colgate world and is growing in size. It will be a larger organization with associates numbering more than 1000 in two years’ time. The plant has a young workforce which is relatively new to the organization. Hence there is an ongoing need to assimilate the existing and the new employees with CP Values, Culture and way of working. The position will be responsible for Sustainable Employee Relations, Compliance, Welfare, Statutory Compliance, Plant Administration, People Budget and Productivity improvement of the toothbrush factory. This position will also be responsible for continuous development of competencies of people and organizational capability to achieve envisaged vision. The position will be responsible for Culture building and alignment initiatives.

  • Grievance redressal
  • Counseling

 

Environment Management:

  • Continuous Engagement and CSR initiatives
  • Liaison with Industry bodies, educational institutions, hospitals etc.

 

Experience & Professional Qualifications:

 

  • Essential:  People Manager
  • Desirable: Hands on experience in employee relations and dealing with workmen, experience in the area of Gender sensitization, Diversity and inclusion, Training program design and delivery.
  • Minimum 10 Years of experience after HR specialization
  • Post-graduation in Personnel Management / HRM is essential
  • Experience of working in a factory setup in last role is mandatory
