As the Sr. Finance Analyst, Digital, you will serve as a primary financial business partner to the Digital Platforms & CXEC team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance for Digital Engagement. You will deliver high-impact financial analysis to drive budget performance for GTN and A&P expenses while ensuring rigorous internal controls. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in digital transformation, supporting the development of innovative tools and platforms that elevate our customer experience.

What you'll do
- Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the financial lead for the Digital Platforms & CXEC team, overseeing the management of GTN promotions and advertising plans.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the end-to-end process for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial estimates, conducting thorough variance analysis to drive budget accuracy.
- Close & Reporting: Manage monthly and quarterly financial closing activities, including precise journal entry preparation and the delivery of actionable results to senior leadership.
- Reporting & Analytics: Drive efficiency in digital spend management by building and maintaining Domo dashboards that provide real-time tracking of A&P expenditures against Budget, LE, and MRE.
- Innovation & Growth: Collaborate with digital product and IT teams to perform SAP financial order flow testing for HTH platform updates, ensuring seamless validation of pricing procedures and accounting reconciliation.
- Compliance & Governance: Safeguard financial integrity by upholding internal control standards and contributing to annual SOX compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of diversified Finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate Degree or CPA
- Transferable technical proficiency in enterprise planning systems and modern business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Sigma, Domo, Power BI).
- Demonstrated functional competencies, particularly in Business Acumen, Analytical Thinking, Effective Execution, and Planning/Priority Setting.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
