Social Commerce Manager (Tiktok)
Are you looking to be responsible for one of the most well known Oral Care & Personal Care brands to drive the business growth through Social Commerce? We're looking for a Social Commerce Commercial Development Lead who's ready to take on the challenge of driving sales growth, leading excellent execution and serving the right contents to our customers to connect with them in meaningful ways.
Your Role:

Driving Sales Revenue: take full responsibility to drive sales in Social Commerce, mainly TikTok by planning, managing and monitoring campaigns, promotions, and activation.

Gross to net Management: deliver eCommerce P&L by managing gross to net spending and other investment.

Content Management: plan, and work closely with Social Commerce Content Manager to deliver Social commerce contents to drive branded revenue including Livestream, Branded VDO.

Affiliate management: lead affiliates recruitment and revenue on TikTok by working closely with Social Commerce Content Manager.

Customer Management: act as a main point of contact with customers in your own account to build strong partnerships to fuel the growth.

Enablers Management: work closely with Social Commerce enablers to ensure deliverables of contents and store are excellently executed.

Reporting and Analysis: monitor and provide analysis for commercial and content KPI including GMV, NS, Trade spending, Live viewership, Traffic to store etc.

Stock Management and Sales Forecasting: provide forecasts to the demand planning team and ensure products are available to consumers.

Media Management: understand and act as a gatekeeper for ACPL media plan by working closely with the Digital Marketing Team.
What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably TikTok or FMCG industry.

Experience or strong knowledge in TikTok commerce.

Experience in content management or brand management experience.

Strong communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Is a self starter and demonstrates strong logic and analytical skills.

The ability to work as part of a team, lead multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
