Role Summary:
The Social & Content Manager is the local market engine responsible for leading the strategic implementation, optimization, and native execution of social media and owned digital content ecosystems - including professional dentists programs. Sitting within the Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team, this position is accountable for turning core campaign ideas into a highly contextualized, "social-first" asset ecosystem that drives measurable consumer reach, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities

Native Campaign Amplification: Evaluates local market marketing briefs and creative proposals to ensure they are architected social-first rather than retrofitted from traditional media formats. Directs external creative and influencers agencies to maximize asset customization across digital channels.

Campaign Guardrail Enforcement: Screens all platform-specific hooks, creative variations, and dynamic testing models to guarantee that localized content directly addresses and answers the brand's core commercial objectives.

Influencer Agency Governance: Directly controls the operational workflows, contracts, campaign metrics, and execution deliverables of the specialized external influencer agency.

Content Lifecycle & Tech Stack Operations: Manage the digital asset lifecycle for digital touchpoints, enforcing strict metadata and assets taxonomy guidelines. Direct user adoption and compliance of the core Content Tech Stack (e.g., CreativeX, Digital Asset Management systems, and Global Content Factories).

Multimodal Asset Structuring: Directs production teams to design and index multimodal content strings

Professional Brand Ambassadorship Integration: Partners directly with the local Professional Marketing team and specialist agencies to select, vet, and transform dental professionals into highly authentic social media Key Opinion Leaders across TikTok and Instagram.

Performance Analysis: Monitors real-time social listening, platform metrics, and campaign analytics to extract actionable consumer insights.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in social media management, integrated media planning, digital content execution, or creative agency leadership

Functional and technical skills:

Proven track record of designing and executing native content architectures across Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Hands-on proficiency with social listening, influencer mapping, and content analytical tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Dash Hudson, Brandwatch).

Demonstrates an AI-savvy operational mindset, continuously integrating emerging conversational tools and platform automation features to future-proof local brand touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of digital production workflows, metadata governance, and operational platforms (e.g., CreativeX, Bynder, Stibo, Asana, SmartSheets) is a plus.
