MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

Coordinate with multi-functional team, e.g. GTC, MKT/CIC supply chain and the relevant contract manufacturers to ensure high quality dossiers for product registration sold in China market and also deliver commercial launch time

Maintenance of all product notification licenses throughout the life-cycle of the products,including notification amendments(add on new sizes, artwork update,making process , manufacturing sites,etc)

Coordinate and support RA managers to prepare timely responses to queries raised by different regulatory agencies, including CFDA, FDA, SAMR, AICs and NGOs.

External testing application (forms and samples), monitor progress, proceed payments both internally and externally

Review Chinese INCI document and proceed approval

Review artwork and execute BEAT approval according to the aligned artwork file

Review SAP approval tasks (formula, specification) and provide comments to RA managers

Documents collection for product importation to China(get FSC ,GMP,etc)

Provide assistance to authority inspections in the matters under Regulatory responsibility.
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor Degree & above

Experience: Cosmetic MNCs, experiencing in CSAR implementation project will be a great added

Competencies: English, fluent in both oral and written
