MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • Coordinate with multi-functional team, e.g. GTC, MKT/CIC supply chain and the relevant contract manufacturers  to ensure high quality dossiers for product registration sold in China market and also deliver commercial launch time

  • Maintenance of all product notification licenses throughout the life-cycle of the products,including notification amendments(add on new sizes, artwork update,making process , manufacturing sites,etc)

  • Coordinate and support RA managers to prepare timely responses to queries raised by different regulatory agencies, including CFDA, FDA, SAMR, AICs and NGOs.

  • External testing application (forms and samples), monitor progress, proceed payments both internally and externally

  • Review Chinese INCI document and proceed approval

  • Review artwork and execute BEAT approval according to the aligned artwork file

  • Review SAP approval tasks (formula, specification) and provide comments to RA managers

  • Documents collection for product importation to China(get FSC ,GMP,etc)

  • Provide assistance to authority inspections in the matters under Regulatory responsibility.

 

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree & above

  • Experience: Cosmetic MNCs, experiencing in CSAR implementation project will be a great added

  • Competencies: English, fluent in both oral and written

  • Good communication skills
