• Identify & exploit business opportunities through
superior consumer, market and competitor trends
• Develop category strategies based on
consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and
brand issues and opportunities.
• Applies understanding of local consumers,
customers, and competitors to to develop holistic
experiences across the ecosystem - including new
products and product forms, and ways of creating
experiences across touchpoints
• Work closely with cross function dept. to deliver
new ideas to the local consumers.
• Manage and monitor every new product
development project and coordinate with internal
departments including R&D, quality control,
procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external
parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD
• Lead the new product development of marketing
bundles and brand/category plans to create and
convert consumer interest to purchase.
•Drive growth through innovation



• 7 years and above brand management
• FMCG New Product Development
experience is preferable.
• FMCG brand management experience is a
• Have good design thinking mindset,
proactively understand customers especially
on human emotions, redefine problems, made
quick hypothesize and facilitate rapid
prototyping to fulfill customer need in a quick
• Moves beyond traditional ways of doing
things; pushes past the status quo
• Tries multiple, varied approaches to
innovative ideas
