Position: This role is responsible to build a strong brand through brand equity buildup, brand awareness uplift and high consumer engagement through integrated communications strategy and programs. This role also supports sales team to drive traffic and collaborates platforms for campaign.

 

1.     Build Strong Brand 25%

1)     Elevate brand awareness through appropriate media strategy and mix

2)     Enhance brand influence through content strategy and KOLs mix to deliver strong brand equity

3)     Work closely with Product marketing to build product pillars

4)     Annual calendar and programs planning and implementation  

2.     Build Good Consumer Engagement 20%

1)     Leverage data operation to identify TA and develop relevant programs on consumer education, activation and follower conversion.

2)     Identify emerging opportunities to develop diversified consumer centric programs  

3.     Support EC team 20%

1)     Traffic driving insite and offsite

2)     Pitch and win key animations in platforms to facilitate sales

3)     Content development: product page, short video, livestream and etc.  

4.     Expense Efficiency  20%

1)     Data driven and consumer centric, optimize spending with clear measurements 2)     Annual budget planning  

5.     Relationship Management and External Resource 15%

1)     Build good relationship with key EC platforms – Tmall to gain more resources 2)     Work closely with sales team and guide external partners

3)     Have good relationship with media and agency Key Measurements:

a)     Annual Integrated Marketing Communications plan development and programs executions

b)     Key digital campaigns on key platforms result

c)     Awareness uplift: Buzz volume and ranking among competitors

d)     Brand influence: Search index (Baidu, Wechat, Weibo & Tmall, RED ), Number of Followers in key social platforms

e)     Data Bank boost: AIPL

f)      Sales of campaign key products, category ranking in key EC platforms  

 

Requirement for candidate:

1 Proven successful case of brand integrated communications by utilizing omni channels ( RED, Wechat, Tiktok, Weibo and Tmall ) and KOLs mix

2 Experience in EC related project

3 Cosmetics or related industry background
