  1. 根据公司的销售策略及要求，制定清晰的活动安排，每周工作重点，并落实执行。
  2. 完成每月的销售指标，按公司要求合理分配资源及团队管理。
  3. 根据公司的费用预算和要求，严格管控预算内的费用及监督实际使用情况。
  4. 根据公司的生意战略规划及渠道管理，与客户制定清晰的生意发展计划及进行每月生意回顾会议。
  5. 营造良好的工作氛围，通过实地培训与协同拜访等形式，确保一线销售人员充分理解公司的生意计划及门店执行策 略。
  6. 定期提供相关数据分析，如分销，货架陈列，促销情况，订单进度，门店销售情况，库存情况和竞品活动等信息。
  7. 为客户制定具体的销售策略，确保能有效的执行销售策略以满足当地的客户需要。
  8. 根据工作需求到外地出差。

 

任职要求:

  1. 大专或以上学历；
  2. 有3年以上的销售管理经验，快消品行业优先；
  3. 较强的执行能力以及业务沟通能力。
