As the Senior HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing support and optimization of our Employee Central global HR system. You will collaborate closely with People Solutions, GIT, GSSO, and our external IT partner to implement innovative system functionalities and troubleshoot critical issues. This role is essential in managing high-impact areas, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, North America Payroll integration, and global M&A data integration. By ensuring system compliance and data integrity, you will directly enable our global business to scale and succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for global HR system enhancements, including developing comprehensive testing strategies, scripts, and plans in close collaboration with internal People teams and external stakeholders

  • Own the daily operations and enhancement testing of automated HR-to-Payroll integrations, serving as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot interface errors with the North America payroll team

  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and compliance within the global HR system by leading routine audits, executing data cleanups, and supporting internal/external audit requests

  • Drive the successful HR system integration of newly acquired entities and serve as the global subject matter expert for Country Reassignments, supporting the CBS People team as needed

  • Provide proactive project management, change management, and end-user training to support technology adoption across the business


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience supporting technology-related projects within the HR systems space

  • Hands-on experience conducting complex, end-to-end software testing across SuccessFactors modules (specifically Employee Central)

  • Proven experience supporting automated HR-to-Payroll integrations

  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for HR technology solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and project planning skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel (including advanced formulas), and project management software

  • Highly adaptable professional who can pivot seamlessly between changing priorities and master new technologies in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent collaborative, relationship-building, and teamwork skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication skills with a track record of providing clear project status updates and training support to end-users


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $97,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
