Core responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Ecommerce commercial and cross functional team to identify growth strategies and priorities for malaysia & singapore.
  • Identify trade opportunities and lead shopper activations, such as mega campaigns, new launches and cross brand collaborations
  • Implement portfolio strategy that is in line with overall country growth strategy and brand priorities to achieve profitability
  • Track, evaluate and optimize all investments so that the spend is within budget and has healthy ROAS
  • Monitor market performance and update daily/monthly on key initiatives such as BAU/Campaign GMV, new launch sell through rate vs target, pricing index vs competition, platform and competitors’ activities
  • Collaborate closely with Ecomm commercial team and retailers to align and implement company and Ecomm channel strategies
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review, Joint Business Planning and campaign post mortem reviews with E-tailers, e-distributors and Ecomm CDMs to identify gaps/opportunities and derive concrete plan
  • Optimize the Go-to-market for e-tailers, shopper activity grid planning, development and deployment
  • Clear communication with accurate maintenance of the accounts promotion plans, Trading terms and investment plans.
  • Work closely with e-distributors/e-tailers to ensure outstanding execution of plans and 6P+A execution
  • Ensure robust collaboration with e-tailers and e-Distributors by engaging them regularly to align on strategy and priorities
  • Lead Revenue Growth Management project by defining revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around assortment, promo pricing, voucher mechanics and embed into the commercial plans to enhance profitability
  • Work closely with Ecomm commercial and cross functional teams to drive premiumization and optimize consumer, customer and media investments
  • Set guidelines on recommended promo price and promo frequency
  • Track and evaluate promo effectiveness and course-correct to improve return on investment

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow our e-com business through promotional campaigns, shopper activation, search optimization, power portfolio optimization and other initiatives while maintaining a healthy level of margin and operating profit
  • Work with Ecomm commercial team and Business analysts to analyze market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities and use insights to formulate strategies and tactics
  • Track and update daily and weekly performance; understand what's working, what's not working and derive useful plans
  • Manage budgets and timelines for all initiatives
  • Achieve Net Sales and GMV targets in a sustainable manner by focusing on important metrics and reviewing performance weekly and monthly

Educational qualifications:

  • Business Related Degree
  • Digital Marketing Degree


  • 3-5 years of ecommerce experience
  • FMCG experience
