What would be the responsibilities for this role?

Lead Technology transfer process to ensure new or changed products or processes are well transferred between technology and manufacturing.

Implement robust project management practices to oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and timelines

Review results for learning’s, corrective actions, and improvement during pre and post launch activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Responsible for Management of Change system, training new users and reviewing status.

Support the validation activities (PQ/PPQ/PV) and validation master plan tracking

Ensure compliance of incoming imported new products and exported new products are fully compliant with exporting requirements.
Basic Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or quality assurance

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and validation of new formulations and processes

Knowledge of Quality Management System
