This role Reports to: Manager - Customer Engagement


What would be the responsibilities for this role? 

The scope of this role of Senior Executive - Customer Service, where responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Leads the Supply Chain initiatives engagement with the distributors focusing on Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) opportunities, Order-To-Invoice  efficiency,  and service KPI such as On time, Case fill, Returns.
  • Leads  the Inventory Management initiatives at distributor focusing on Inventory right sizing study, monthly inventory tracking by SKU classification, SLOB monthly tracking.  
  • Closely works with Customer Development Managers on collaborative CBP planning, identifying inconsistencies in volume estimates based on historical trends.  Links distributor specific plans to Demand Planning process to ensure alignment and execution by the Supply Chain.  
  • Monitors the shipment Vs CBP planned volume of key SKUs, shares the tracking and recommended actions for decision making.
  • Communicates proactively with Customer Development/distributors when supply execution issues are experienced to manage customer expectations.
  • Closely works with the Order replenishment team to ensure on-time arrival of container shipment and timely unloading and invoiced by the distributors
  • Seeks input from distributors about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service and Supply Chain performance.
  • Collaborates with the distributor to identify logistics network optimization, processes improvements to maximize on-shelf availability and optimize cost.

  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience
  • Bachelor's degree holder
