Job Summary:
- To ensure compliance to the Colgate Quality Standards, all relevant regulations and specifications and drive a quality culture to enable the site to deliver consistent, safe and effective products.
- To leverage audit results, data trending, KPI results to drive continuous improvement opportunities and reduce variation and waste.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret and communicate to Colgate Palmolive personnel on local Quality-related regulatory requirements. Interface with Company Regulatory and Legal Departments to address local regulatory issues and to communicate with local regulatory agencies if needed.
- Support the development, implementation of site specific Quality Plan to ensure compliance with Colgate Palmolive Global Quality Standards
- Responsible for site documentation system (include but not limited to all SOPs, Management Of Change, Deviation, Non-conformance, Corrective Action & Preventive Action ) to ensure controlled, maintained and updated on regular basis
- Manage Consumer Complaint and Non-Conformance system
- Follow up on the investigation, analyze and trend the data for continuous improvement.
- Assist in delivering training programs and evaluating training effectiveness. Monitor the training matrix and track training man-hours.
- Lead/participate in Quality Standard and On-shelf Quality Audits, warehouse audit and other quality related audits.
- Provide support and guidance to operations in closing audit observations, track audit observation closures and effectiveness. Periodically provide progress reports to the Management.
- Measure site’s KPIs and periodically report progress.
- Conduct Quality Management Review and report results, analyze and discuss trends in and their impact for improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for Management of Change system, training new user and review closure status
- Develop and implement tools and other materials such as digitization for tracking of compliance management activities
- Lead to support global initiative in digitization program
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Science/Microbiology/Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in manufacturing background with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Good knowledge in auditing and quality system.
- Able to execute non-conformance investigation, risk assessment, Corrective and Preventive action.
- Basic knowledge in change control systems and validation.
- Experience managing improvement projects and delivering high quality result on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing E-documentation
- Experience in audit and compliance program
- Experience in digitization tools and software
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge in using troubleshooting tools
- Good IT skills and technical competence in using standard PC applications including google data studio, scripting, coding
