People Team - Internship

We are currently on a look out for a highly reliable & motivated individual in the People Team. As a member of our dynamic People Team, the successful candidate will provide meaningful contributions to the People Team initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

What You Will Do

  • Internal Communications Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications, including employee engagement content and newsletters.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support the recruitment team in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement and Program Coordination: Support the planning and execution of organizational events and employee engagement programs.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People Team to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.

Competencies: 

  • Proactive, motivated coupled with can-do mentality 

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire for learning 

Commitment: Ability to commit to a 6-month internship period (preferred).

  • Allowance: RM 1,100.00 per month

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Expected Start Date: August 2026 to January 2027
