What will you do:
In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing warehousing, transportation, and order management operations for the South ASEAN Hub. This position requires proactive leadership, strong expertise in order processing, vendor governance, warehouse management, and both international and local distribution. Robust SAP system knowledge and excellent troubleshooting abilities are essential. As the subject matter expert in Logistics (Warehouse & Freight) and Order Processing, you will design and implement effective logistics strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. At least 5 years of experience in logistics is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, shipping, receiving, warehousing and outbound transportations
- Collaborate with third party logistics and cross functional teams to streamline and improve warehousing and distribution processes
- Develop and implement best practice strategies to deliver cost savings and improve logistics operating costs
- Build, drive & leverage D&A for improvement insights
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in logistics operations
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations
- Lead the Order Management team and foster a positive productive work environment while driving order processing efficiency
- Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes and develop effective improvements
Who Are We Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, order processing, and warehouse management
- Strong background in end-to-end logistics operations, including both international and local distribution
- Proven ability to work with SAP systems, with excellent troubleshooting capabilities
- Leadership experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) setup
- Excellent communication skills (both internally & externally) and analytical are a must
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions
