What would be the responsibilities for this role?

 

  • Responsible for all WWT/DI Plant instrument devices, pH meter, weighing balance, colorimeter, conductivity meter and COD analyzer
  • Attend daily equipment issue/ breakdown
  • Work with contractor/manufacturer to design, fabricate & modify part or  machine equipment under continuous improvement project or Kaizen project
  • Supports functional teams in creating and administrating PPMs, OPLs and KAIZENs.
  • Responsible for WWT/DI Plant JKKP inspection
  • Ensure basic GMP norms are followed and facility conditions are maintained.
  • Support and implement production fabrication to meet GMP standard
  • As a WW competent person.
  • Support employee training & development.
  • Assess, identify and implement solution for non-compliance C&S design.
  • Support Engineering Projects for new equipment/ finishing line verification on EOSH, C&S, FP&R standard.
  • Participate to integrate between quality system and EOHS and FP&R

 

Basic Qualification

 

  • Minimum Bachelor degree either in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or any other related fields of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with facilities management, engineering, supply chain operations or related industries relevant to the roles and responsibilities listed above.

  • Experience in facilities and operations management in manufacturing industries, preferably from homecare production environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Ability to work with Colgate systems and standards
  • Possess technical skills and knowledge
